Bay Laurel Building Clearance

We worked with a landlord in North Seattle to assist with a number of tree related issues on his rental property. This included an enormous Bay Laurel (yes the leaves you cook with) tree which was encroaching on the building.

Our client lived on the east side of the Cascades, we were able to visit the site and conduct all communications by phone and email so he didn't need to make a special trip over to meet us.

Sometimes all that is needed is a little gentle pruning. We reduced (shortened) a number of branches by the house and deck as well as removing a couple of the lowest ones. Now there is ample clearance for the house and more light on the deck. Best of all this magnificent tree is still as healthy and beautiful as ever.
