Strong work ethic
Team player (yes we know its a cliche)
Emphasis on safety (very strong emphasis)
Articulate and customer service oriented
Ex-military or experience with technical mountain sports is a big plus
If you are not an ISA certified arborist you must be willing to become one
Valid drivers license is a must
