Job Posting: Arboricultural Ground Operations - Full Time
Location: South Seattle, WA Pay: $17-25/HR DOE Schedule: Typically Monday-Thursday with occasional weekend projects. Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, Paid vacation and training, Company provides climbing gear.
Your main duties will include assisting our arborists as they perform their duties. This includes, minor pruning, rigging, and cleanup of debris. There will be opportunities for climbing and pruning training with the goal of growth into an arborist role.
The workplace is drug, alcohol, and nicotine free. We require compliance with the rules set forth in the ANSI Z-133 Safety Standards. All of our pruning work conforms to the ANSI A300 (2017) pruning standard. Proof of COVID and Tetanus vaccinations are required within 2 months of hire unless there is a qualifying medical or religious exemption.
Requirements: Driver's License and Clean Driving Record (no CDL needed) Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. Good situational awareness Reliable transportation to South Seattle Punctuality Strong work ethic Willingness to learn new skills
