We are always looking for high quality people to join us on this great adventure. Prior experience with tree care is not required. We are happy to train. Here is what we are looking for in our employees:
  • Strong work ethic 
  • Fast learner 
  • Detail oriented 
  • Team player (yes we know its a cliche)
  • Emphasis on safety (very strong emphasis)
  • Articulate and customer service oriented 
  • Ex-military or experience with technical mountain sports is a big plus
  • If you are not an ISA certified arborist you must be willing to become one
  • Valid drivers license is a must 

We offer competitive salary, health benefits after 90 days, as well as paid vacation and sick leave. The workplace is drug, alcohol, and nicotine free. We require STRICT compliance with the rules set forth in the ANSI Z-133 Safety Standards.
